NextHome Named To Top List For Franchises

NextHome has been named the Best-Overall Franchise on Franchise Business Review’s (FBR) list of the Top Franchises for 2025 and as Best-in-Category in “Real Estate.” This marks FBR’s 20th year recognizing top-ranked franchise opportunities based entirely on franchisee satisfaction and performance. NextHome was evaluated alongside more than 350 franchise brands representing more than 34,000 franchise owners. Franchisees responded to 33 benchmark questions covering critical areas such as training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity. FBR, a leading market research firm, conducts independent surveys assessing franchisee satisfaction and employee engagement. FBR’s findings are published in the annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, which highlights the top 200 franchises.
