According to AL.com, an out-of-town buyer paid $350,00 for a 5,500-ft2 warehouse on 5 acres on Bobby Lowe Road in Theodore and plans to use the land for a salvage yard, according to Pete Riehm of CRE Mobile. In Foley, Cornerstone Family Chiropractic has leased 3,000 ft2 of space in Foley Plaza Shopping Center on South McKenzie Street and plans to open early next year, according to Robert Cook of Vallas Realty. In Gulf Shores, the new Publix grocery store under construction in the Paradise Isle Shopping Center at 1720 Gulf Shores Parkway is expected to open in mid-2024. The store will replace the former Winn-Dixie, which was demolished. There will be more than 10,000 ft2 of leasable space at the center.
