Prime Place Storage Opens In Foley, Future Growth Planned

Prime Place Storage recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the facility’s opening on the outskirts of Foley along Highway 55. It is currently operating with approximately 140 storage units and is in Phase 1 of a larger development plan that will ultimately feature more than 500 units upon completion. Two additional phases are planned for the property to allow the business to continue expanding its services and storage options to meet the growing needs of the area. Customers can choose from climate-controlled units; drive-up storage units; and spacious outdoor parking for boats, RVs, campers, trailers and other recreational vehicles. Designed with convenience in mind, the facility offers 24/7 access, flexible month-to-month rentals, online reservations, an onsite self-service kiosk and app-controlled keyless entry technology. The property features gated access, 24-hour video surveillance, fire sprinkler systems, preventive pest control and climate-controlled units.
