According to AL.com, Belle Fountain Land Co. paid $2.85 million for 950 acres at County Road 87 and Interstate 10 in the Elsanor area of Baldwin County, according to Stacey Ryals of Belle Fountain Land Co. Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty represented the sellers. In Gulf Shores, a local developer paid $465,000 for a 3,600-ft2 office building at 2033 West 1st Street, according to David Swiger and Angie Swiger of Swiger & Co. Realtors, who represented the buyers. Frank Reed of Heron Investment Properties worked for the seller. In Foley, an out-of-town investment group paid $675,000 for the former Four Seasons apartment complex on North Pine Street in Foley, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty, who handled the transaction.

In Midtown Mobile, a group of local investors has leased 2,000 ft2 of space in the commercial center at 1616 Government Street and plan to open a coffee shop with onsite roasting, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Matt Cummings of Cummings & Associates worked for the tenant. The coffee shop is scheduled to open in January 2022. Also in Mobile, FSI USA has leased 8,750 ft2 of office warehouse space at 3510 Halls Mill Road, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties and JLL – Mobile, who represented the landlord. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cooper & Co. worked for the tenant. Finally, Blood Covenant Evangelistic Church Ministries are seeking planning approval to build a 67-seat church in a single-family district at 2662 Fillingim Street in Mobile, according to the Mobile Planning Commission.
