John Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co. represented the seller. Across the bay, investors paid $1.1 million for 7 acres at 25299 Canal Road in Orange Beach, according to Ken Crabtree of Signature Properties. David Dexter of CRE Mobile represented the buyers. Spreadrite-Foley paid $360,000 for a 4,000-ft2 office warehouse at 16867 Underwood Road in Foley to allow for expansion of its environmental services, according to Jeremy Friedman of Katapult Properties, who handled the transaction. In Gulf Shores, local investors paid $674,154 for 2.53 acres on West 1st Street, according to Lydia Franz of Re/Max of Orange Beach. Finally, a public hearing will be held on February 8 for the first phase of the Summer Salt subdivision, featuring 54 single-family home lots and 31 cottage lots at the north end of Slipper Boulevard in Orange Beach, according to the Orange Beach Planning Commission.
