Marietta Urquhart and Jamie Ison of White-Spunner Realty represented the buyer. Also in Foley, a 3,500-ft2 commercial building on 3.21 acres at 7651 Highway 59 was purchased for $700,000, according to Lydia Franz of Re/Max of its Orange Beach commercial division. On the Foley Beach Express, just north of U.S. 98, local investors paid $425,495 for 3 acres of commercial property, said Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties, who represented the buyer. Jay Stradley of Bellator Real Estate & Development worked for the seller. In Mobile, a former service station at 4803 Moffett Road sold for $150,000, according to court records. The buyer plans to operate a similar facility, said Lewis H. Golden of Hamilton & Co., who represented the seller. In Daphne, real estate broker Michelle Beckham and her husband, Sean Beckham, purchased the former Music Exchange building at 809B Daphne Ave.
