Construction is underway on Aviles Townhomes, a 67-unit rental project on Fort Morgan Road about ¼ mi. west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, according to Ryals, whose company is managing partner of the development. Finally, developers are seeking a site plan review for Harbor Club, a 71-unit condominium project at the south end of Griffith Marina Road in Orange Beach. The project goes before the Orange Beach Planning Commission on March 8.
