In Daphne, Eastern Shore Power Systems and Accurate Group of Florida have leased industrial warehouse space at 25251 Friendship Road, according to Andrew Dickman of Stirling Properties, who handled the transaction. In Foley, BIG Potato Co. has leased 2,400 ft2 in the Shoppes of Foley at 3105 South McKenzie Street, according to Cook, who handled the transaction.
