MOBILE, BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. —  According to AL.com, Hilltop RV Park on County Road 64 in Robertsdale was purchased for $1.35 million by local RV park operators, according to Alla Nikitina of Ryals Realty, who represented the buyers. Mark Huggans of Avast Realty worked for the seller. In Daphne, Gulf Health Therapy Services has leased 3,000 ft2 at 28691 Highway 98 in Daphne at the corner of Van Buren Street, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties and Steven McMahon of Inge & Associates, who represented the landlord. Bradford Ladd of Roberts Brothers Commercial worked for the tenant. In Orange Beach, presales are underway for Caribe Seaside, a gulf-front, 115-unit, 30-story condominium tower on Perdido Beach Boulevard, according to local developer Larry Wireman, who developed Caribe Resort. The 2.5-acre site is next to Best Western Tides Hotel and has 230 front feet on the Gulf of Mexico.
In Mobile, local attorney Brent Day purchased the former New Horizons Credit Union building at 1610 Government Boulevard for $470,000, according to Handmacher, who handled the transaction. Day plans to move his office into the 6,000-ft2 space. Also in Mobile, ISS Marine Services has leased 1,200 ft2 of office space at 7860 Cottage Hill Road, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling. In Theodore, 68 Ventures, in partnership with volume home builder D.R. Horton, paid $275,000 for 31.4 acres off Creel Road and plans to develop the Oakmont subdivision, according to Handmacher.
