According to AL.com, construction is almost complete at GulfGate Boat & RV Storage near Highway 59 and County Road 32 in Summerdale, according to Alla Nikitina of Ryals Realty. A group of local investors paid $250,000 for the 6.5 acre-site, and the 70,000-ft2 covered storage facility is scheduled to open next month. The investors also plan to build a storage facility on Highway 98 in Elberta after purchasing 3 acres for $150,000, according to Nikitina, who represents the group. In Foley, Tropic Hideaway RV Park at OWA is scheduled to open in spring 2023 off Pride Boulevard. The 190-lot luxury RV resort will feature pickleball courts, pool and a clubhouse. In Theodore, Shaka Nutrition has leased 1,000 ft2 at 7251 Theodore Dawes Road, according to Angie and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. In Mobile, Library Consultants has leased 1,208 ft2 of office space at 1110 Montlimar Drive, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties, who represented the tenant. Tommy Gleason of CRE Mobile worked for the landlord.
