In Mobile, an out-of-state investor paid $600,000 for a 10,300-ft2 building at 3140 Lees Lane in Mobile, according to Angie McArthur and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller. In Orange Beach, developers are seeking to rezone 5.2 acres at 25431 Canal Road from “general business” to a “planned unit development” for a commercial project consisting of a 7,300-ft2 restaurant and 20,800-ft2 warehouse, according to city planning. Additionally, The Orange Beach Store owners are seeking site plan review approval to build a 7,000-ft2 building in The Shoppes at Palm Pointe at the northwest corner of Orange Beach and Perdido Beach boulevards.
