According to AL.com, local investors paid $1.75 million for 39 acres at the northwest corner of County Road 8 and Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, according to Stacey Ryals of Ryals Realty, who represented the buyers. The sellers were represented by Frank Malone of Bellator Real Estate & Development. Also in Baldwin County, developers are seeking rezoning approval to build an 80-lot residential subdivision, Timberland Trace, on almost 30 acres on the north side of Highway 98 and east of Baldwin County 91 near Lillian, according to the Baldwin County Planning Commision. Also according to the commission, watch for Bienville Landing to be developed on 44.5 acres on County Road 10 just west of Bon Secour Highway in the Foley and Bon Secour area. The subdivision will have 137 residential lots. In Mobile, Mariner Finance has leased 1,355 ft2 of office space in Springdale at 3250 Airport Boulevard, in Mobile, according to Leigh Dale Younce of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the tenant.
