According to AL.com, Bop’s Frozen Custard has leased 1,600 ft2 in Jag Plaza on Old Shell Road across from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, according to Herrington Realty. Also in Mobile, Relax Foot Massage has leased 1,400 ft2 in Cottage Village at 5039 Cottage Hill Road, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, which manages the shopping center, and E3 Pest Control has leased a 7,920-ft2 office warehouse at 975 West I-65 Service Road North, near Moffett Road, according to William Peebles of CRE Mobile, who represented the tenant, and Mike McAleer of The McAleer Tunstall Co., who worked for the building owner. In Foley, Farmhouse Market at Bon Secour has leased a 4,800-ft2 space at 18019 County Road 10, according to Swiger & Co. Realtors, who handled both sides of the transaction.
