E.I. “Boots’’ Thomas Drive in Spanish Fort, according to Jeremy Friedman of Katapult Properties, who represented the buyer. Joe Steen of Joe Steen Real Estate worked for the seller. In Fairhope, a local investor paid $840,000 for Crazy Clean Coin Laundry at 9965 Twin Beech Road, according to Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty, who handled the transaction. The 1,500-ft2 laundromat will continue to operate at the location.
