AL.com reported on several real estate moves in Mobile. Wilson Dismukes paid $455,000 for an 8,000-ft2 single-tenant building at 10190 Airport Boulevard in Mobile and plans to open it as a new store early next year, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the buyer. SmartBank has opened in the 10,000-ft2 former Synovus Bank building at 3704 Dauphin Street, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling, who represented the seller. Shannon Tyndall of CBRE worked for the bank. Jubilee Specialty Wood Products plans to relocate to a 24,000-ft2 office warehouse at 3447 Armour Avenue, according to Handmacher, who represented the landlord. Greg Cawthon of Re/Max Gateway represented the tenant. Hansen Air Pros has leased 6,300 ft2 of warehouse space at 5285 Hamilton Boulevard, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling, who represented the landlord. Lewis Golden of Hamilton & Co. worked for Hansen. Studio 815 has leased 925 ft2 at 808 Downtowner Boulevard, and the hair studio is scheduled to open early next year, according to Meeks. The Blood Covenant Evangelistic Church Ministries has received planning approval to build a 30-seat church in a single-family residential district at 2662 Fillingim Street, according to the Mobile Planning Commission. Finally, in Daphne, Jimmy John’s has leased 2,000 ft2 in the Shore Oaks Center on Highway 98 and plans to open next spring, according to Herrington Realty, who assisted in the lease.
