Matt Byrne of Jubilee Shores Realty worked for the seller. In Daphne, a local investor paid $865,000 for 7,000 ft2 of industrial warehouse space in Daphne Commercial Park on World Court in Daphne, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller. Bowen Weir of B4 Properties worked for the buyer. In Foley, developers are seeking site plan approval for a 25-unit townhouse project at the northwest corner of South Cypress Street and South Commercial Drive, according to city planners. In Orange Beach, Joanna A. Boutique, a women’s clothing store, has opened in 1,790 ft2 on Main Street at The Wharf, according to Barnes and Bethea. Nearby, a 6,300-ft2 Cactus Cantina restaurant is to be built on part of a 2.5-acre site at 4251 Orange Beach Boulevard, according to city planners. A second, 2,205-ft2 building is planned for the property, as well. Also nearby, at 27101 Perdido Beach Boulevard, developers are seeking to modify the Perdido Beach Resort Planned Unit Development master plan to build a 48,000-ft2 furniture store across from an existing resort hotel, according to city planners.
