Roberts Brothers Named A Best Company To Work For In Alabama

Robert Brothers, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, has been named as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama” by Business Alabama and Best Companies Group. An awards event was held December 4 at The Harbert Center in Birmingham to honor the 40 companies recognized. This is the fourth year in a row that Roberts Brothers has been recognized on this list. To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements: be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity, be a publicly or privately held business, have a facility in Alabama, have at least 15 employees in Alabama and be in business a minimum of one year. Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama.
