Sabre Market Summit Coming Up

MOBILE, Ala. — The University of South Alabama SABRE Market Summit on June 9 at 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. will provide “a deep dive into regional economic and real estate market trends, coupled with a unique discussion about the many exciting and often confusing emerging blockchain technologies increasingly impacting real estate practice and investment,” the school said. The summit’s objectives include learning how consumers and their real estate investments are likely to be impacted by the following: 1) national, state and regional economic conditions; 2) real estate credit market and cap rate conditions; and 3) blockchain technology’s legal, ethical and public policy issues. It will also provide insight on how the current real estate practice is affected by blockchain and digital technologies and how to network with fellow real estate licensees and other industry-related professionals. The event will offer continuing education credits for real estate, legal, accounting and dental professionals.
