MOBILE, Ala. — Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented both the landlord and tenant (HELOCA Massage Spa Inc.) in the recent lease of unit four at 940 Schillinger Road North. This unit is located in the shopping center anchored by Aaron’s Rental Store on Schillinger Road North between Howells Ferry Road and Zeigler Boulevard. HELOCA Massage Spa Inc. is expected to open on September 15 and will be providing massage and spa services in a newly renovated spa atmosphere.
