Springhill Avenue And North Catherine Street Property Sold

Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. announced that the site on Springhill Avenue at the lighted intersection of North Catherine Street across from Lyons Park and across from the site of the original Providence Hospital, where the Daughters of Charity were in the early stages of their ministry, has sold. The site has 106 ft of frontage on Spring Hill Avenue and 150 ft of frontage on North Catherine Street with a high traffic count of more than 21,000 vehicles per day. The new owner, a private investor, will announce building plans later.
