Crown West Breaks Ground On First Loxley Logistics Building

Crown West Realty, a national real estate investment, development and management firm, has announced breaking ground on the first building at Loxley Logistics Center, a master-planned Class A industrial park on 200 acres in Loxley. This next phase of the project—a 162,000-ft2 cross-docked building—is to be delivered in fourth quarter 2026 and is primed to meet the projected growth in Baldwin County. This milestone marks the latest step in Crown West’s continued investment in Baldwin County since entering the market in December 2021 with the purchase of an eight-building, 1-million-ft2 portfolio. That purchase was followed in May 2025 with the acquisition of Willis Logistics Center, a two-building complex totaling nearly 200,000 ft2, in Theodore. Today, Crown West owns and manages nearly 1.5 million ft2 on both sides of Mobile Bay. It recently sold 57 acres in Loxley Logistics Center to Butting USA for its North American headquarters and first U.S. production facility.
