Stirling Properties July 21 Real Estate Update

Stirling Properties recently announced the following real estate transactions: Trintalya’s Boutique & Gifts has leased a 1,300-ft2 suite within the shopping center at Cottage Plaza at 8306 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks. According to Jay O’Brien, Taco Bell purchased 1.3 acres on Highway 59 in Robertsdale for $550,000 to construct a new store. A local developer purchased an additional 1.3 acres of land on the same highway for $450,000 to construct a multitenant building for T-Mobile that will have a second space available for rent, according O’Brien. Premier Transport, a provider of nonemergency medical transportation that primarily deals with the transportation needs of the elderly and disabled, has leased space at 1708 Dauphin Street. Amanda Goldman represented the tenant in this transaction, and Jay Roberds, II of CRE Mobile, represented the Landlord. An investor has purchased 150 acres on the east side of Highway 59 in Loxley across from the under-construction Baldwin County career tech high school under construction. Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea represented the seller. Wendy Butler and Trae Corte of Legacy Real Estate & Development represented the buyer. Medicinal Garden has leased 1,280 ft2 at 155 9th Avenue in Foley. Barnes represented the landlord. Knots Salon is relocating to Airport Oaks at 7449 Airport Boulevard. Angela McArthur represented the landlord and assisted the tenant in this transaction. Finally, a local investor purchased a 2,400-ft2 building at 3954 Demetropolis Road, according to O’Brien. The new owner will have 1,150 ft2 of flexible space with a roll-up door available for lease.
