Stirling Properties recently announced that Mobile Ballet has purchased a 5,600-ft2 building located at 26150 Equity Drive in Daphne for $700,000. The building is being renovated to offer additional studio space when the Eastern Shore location is relocated later this year. Jeff Barnes of Stirling represented Mobile Ballet, and Joe Steen Real Estate and Development represented the seller. Also, Gulf Coast Men’s Clinic, LLC has leased a 3,051-ft2 office space at 820 University Boulevard in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling, who represented the landlord. Finally, ChillCo, Inc. has leased a 2,000-ft2 warehouse at 2565 Halls Mill Road in Mobile, according to Meeks, who represented the tenant.
