White-Spunner Announces New Agents

Two commercial sales and leasing agents have recently joined White-Spunner Realty. Dobbson Vickers attended the University of Alabama and graduated in 2021 with a degree in business management and a specialization in entrepreneurship. He is licensed in Alabama and looks to continue his passion of helping others and growing community relationships through his work in real estate. Leigh Dale Younce has more than 16 years of experience in real estate and is licensed in the states of Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. She focuses on tenant and landlord representation along the Gulf Coast. Younce has been active in site selection and pursuing growth opportunities for clients including Gerber Collision, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Main Event, Mariner Finance and Iron Tribe Fitness. She also has represented many noteworthy landlord clients such as Inland, Necessity, CIM, Site Centers and Brixmor, in addition to smaller, privately held companies. In 2018, she was awarded the Top Prospecting Award by Vereit.
