98 Cows Opens In Downtown Fairhope

A new store on Section Street in Downtown Fairhope celebrated with a recent ribbon cutting with the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce. 98 Cows specializes in any size sheepskin and cowhide rugs, pillows and throws, as well as custom cowhide patchwork rugs and custom sisal rugs with a cowhide edge. The store is owned by Benicia Woodward, who has been in the industry for 40 years after opening her first boutique in Dallas. She said the rugs will not stain and can easily be cleaned with soap and water. “I keep adding gorgeous custom designs. I love working with my customers to make their homes more comfortable, beautiful, practical and cozy,” she said.
