Follies Oysters And Cocktails Coming To Downtown Mobile

Follies Oysters and Cocktails, an oyster bar and seafood restaurant, is to open in May at 800 Monroe Street in Downtown Mobile, the Downtown Mobile Alliance reports. “The concept is being launched by the same team behind Velvet Pig. Follies will highlight locally sourced oysters and seafood, showcasing fresh coastal flavors alongside craft cocktails in a casual yet elevated setting. The owners and chefs aim to celebrate regional seafood and provide a community gathering spot centered around quality shellfish and drinks,” the Downtown Mobile Alliance said.
