Portside On Main At The Wharf To Open With 11 Merchants

Portside on Main, which is under construction at the The Wharf, will consist of more than 33,000 ft2 of retail, office and entertainment space, in addition to approximately 26,000 ft2 of green and open space, which will include an outdoor stage. The original Wharf Main Street property stands at 99% occupancy for the summer season. Portside on Main has space for approximately 22 merchants and office tenants in total with 11 spots to be filled upon opening. In addition to Tee Off at The Wharf, the other current tenants at Portside on Main include LM Boutique; Brand; Kilwins; Love, Jude; Little Sunshine by the Sea; Salt; Bubble’s Boba Tea Co.; Gulf Babe Wine Boutique; Legacy Spirits; Lavish Retail + Co.; and Crave Cookies. Nearly all are owned by area residents. Stirling Properties represented The Wharf in securing the new tenants slated for Portside on Main.
