Publix Opens In Fairhope

Publix held a ribbon cutting for its new store at the Shops at Point Clear in Fairhope on February 22, according to The Shelby Report. The 48,387-ft2 store offers grocery, dairy, frozen food, seafood, meat and fresh produce, as well as a full-service bakery, deli and pharmacy. The grocer provides contactless pay options and convenient services like grocery delivery, powered by Instacart, and pharmacy delivery. It will also feature a pickup option at the front of the store. Publix operates 1,301 stores in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. For 25 consecutive years, the company has been recognized by Fortune as a great place to work.
