Publix Opens In Planters Pointe In Fairhope

Baldwin County’s newest shopping center, Planters Pointe, is open near the intersection of Highways 104 and 181, WKRG News 5 reports. The area, with nearby landmarks such as St. Michael Catholic High School and USA Health’s first Baldwin County location, was once farmland. Publix Supermarket, which opened on December 13, is the first tenant at Planters Pointe. At least seven other tenants, all in different phases, are scheduled to open in 2024.
