City Of Bay Minette Opens Pickleball Courts At Kids Park

The City of Bay Minette recently celebrated the grand opening of three new pickleball courts at Kids Park with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new courts, built to full regulation size, feature enclosed fencing and lighting, giving residents more opportunities to play throughout the day and into the evening. The project supports the continued growth of pickleball and expands recreational options for the community. “Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and we’re excited to bring these new courts to Bay Minette,” said Recreation Director Blake Clark. The project was made possible through the support of the Betty Mitchell Foundation, the Wills family and proceeds from the Ladies Night Out event.
