Greater Gulf State Fair Read And Win Program Launches

The Greater Gulf State Fair has launched its annual Read and Win Summer Reading Program, which aims to encourage and promote literacy among incoming kindergarten through 5th grade students throughout the region. Until August 7, children are invited to participate by reading 10 books and taking part in a simple online process to earn rewards. Those who print and send in the form will receive a commemorative ribbon and free admission ticket to this year’s Greater Gulf State Fair, scheduled to take place from October 27 to November 5. In addition to the ribbon and free admission ticket, participants have the chance to win an “Ultimate Family Four Pack”: four admission tickets and four unlimited ride wristbands. The program is open to all incoming elementary students within the Gulf State region (Alabama, Florida and Mississippi).
