Hotworx Set To Open In Mobile

HOTWORX Mobile franchise owners Sam and Jonathan Kendrick are gearing up to bring the first 24-hour infrared fitness studio to the Mobile area. HOTWORX, with a planned location at 4358 Old Shell Road, Suite 5A, is a virtually instructed exercise series created for members to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption while completing a 30-minute isometric workout or 15-minute high-intensity interval training session. The company says that as the infrared heat it uses causes participants to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from the organs through muscle contraction. The studio plans to open soon.
