OWA’s Tropic Falls Nominated For USA Today’s 10best Awards

Tropic Falls at OWA Parks & Resorts has been nominated for Best Indoor Waterpark in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Theme park experts and travel writers joined the editors of USA Today in selecting the nominees for the 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards, with voters given the chance to narrow down each category to 10 by voting for their favorites. Voting is open through April 22. Beneath a convertible glass roof, Tropic Falls features water attractions for all ages with more than 11 water slides, as well as the relaxing Castaway Creek lazy river, surrounded by a lush tropical setting. For little ones, Tuki’s Tower offers a five-slide tropical playground including a 1,000-gallon dump bucket. Tropic Falls is currently the only indoor waterpark in the United States with both a retractable roof and sidewall adjoining an outdoor water park.
