Saraland Selects Kempersports Venues To Manage The Land

The City of Saraland has selected KemperSports Venues to be the property manager for The Land, a planned sports, recreation and events complex offering a range of community amenities, including indoor sports and recreation facilities, versatile event spaces and an expansive outdoor area with multi-use fields and courts for various sports. KemperSports Venues was previously selected to consult on the design, development and marketing of the venue and will now oversee its coordination and event operations. KemperSports Venues develops and manages youth, amateur and recreation sports facilities nationwide. The complex will feature an expansive outdoor venue with five multipurpose fields for football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey; eight baseball and softball diamonds, including a 400-ft regulation-size field; six tennis courts; pickleball courts; a beach volleyball court; full-service concessions; hiking paths/trails; and an event lawn. The Land’s indoor recreation center will feature four basketball courts, eight volleyball courts, an indoor track, a fitness center, a family entertainment center and adaptable event spaces complete with food and beverage amenities. The projected completion date for the entire complex, which includes the outdoor facilities and indoor recreation center, is spring 2025.
