Spring Fever Chase Raises, Donates Record-Breaking Amount

The Spring Fever Chase Committee has announced a record-breaking $18,488 raised and donated to Baldwin County schools to support physical education programs. Held in March, Spring Fever Chase is a 10K run and 2-mi. fun run/walk sponsored by Thomas Hospital and Wells Fargo. Physical education coaches from six Baldwin County schools are now able to purchase equipment to keep their students active and engaged. Grants were awarded to Mathis Elementary, J. Larry Newton Elementary, Fairhope Middle School, Fairhope East Elementary, Fairhope West Elementary and Christ the King.
