Wilkins Miller Named In Top 10 “Best Firms For Women”

Wilkins Miller, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, has been named one of the “Best Firms for Women” by Accounting Today for the second time. Wilkins Miller is the only firm from Alabama to make the list and one of only 10 in the country to be recognized. In the eighth spot, the staff at Wilkins Miller is 72% women, and 67% of the senior leadership is made up of women. Firms are selected from Accounting Today‘s 2022 Best Firms to Work For and must have a minimum of 15 women, regardless of firm size, while those with more than 60 employees must have a minimum of 25% women. The response rate from women to the employee survey of the Best Firms to Work For program must be greater than or equal to 40% (80% for employers with fewer than 25 women), and firms must have an 80% average positive response for women.
