ACAC Art Yard Party Coming To Downtown Mobile

The Alabama Contemporary Art Center (ACAC) is holding its Art Yard Party on June 20 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at its satellite location at 561 St. Francis Street in Mobile. A fundraiser for renovation of and programming for the location, it will feature food, carnival games, art activities, whimsical creatures, music, absurdist entertainment and libations. All ages are welcome. Tickets are $50 for nonmember adults, $35 for member adults, $10 for nonmembers’ children and free for members’ children. ACAC says AC Satellite, an arts education hub downtown, is its soon-to-be home to artist residencies, outreach arts education programming and workforce development internships for teens.
