Mobile Resident Joins Live Oak Bank

MOBILE, Ala. — Mobile native and resident Megan Guillory Owens recently joined Live Oak Bank, a digital, cloud-based bank serving small business owners in all 50 states, as vice president of small business lending, Business Alabama reported. Owens has 15 years’ experience in the banking industry and has dedicated herself to helping small businesses. She strives to educate the market about the availability of Small Business Administration lending, which she says is a unique tool to help businesses achieve their growth goals quickly and with less risk. Owens graduated from the Mitchell College of Business at the University of South Alabama in 2008 and from the Alabama Banking School program in 2016.
