Mobile Chamber’s Huguley Chosen For Fellowship Program

The Mobile Chamber has announced that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation has selected Abbey Huguley, talent development and attraction manager at the Mobile Chamber, to participate in the 10th cohort of its business leadership program. The Business Leads Fellowship Program aims to train and equip leaders from state and local chambers of commerce, economic development agencies and trade associations with resources, access to experts and a network of peers to build their capacity to address the most pressing education and workforce challenges. Following a competitive application and selection process, Huguley was selected along with 34 other state and local chamber executives, economic development professionals and association leaders to participate in the program. It lasts for eight months and consists of both in-person and virtual meetings. It aims to cover the entire talent pipeline, including early childhood, K-12 and postsecondary education and workforce development.
