GSE Announces Employee Accolade, Promotion

Gulf States Engineering, Inc. (GSE) has announced that Dr. Partha Sarker, a member of its electrical engineering team, received a doctorate of philosophy in systems engineering from the University of South Alabama (USA) in December 2024. Originally from Bangladesh, Sarker has been with GSE for almost four years. His doctorate follows a BS in electrical engineering, an MS in electrical engineering and an MS in mechanical engineering, all from USA. GSE also promoted Timothy G. Morris Jr. to structural department manager. A Mobile native and graduate of Auburn University with a BS in civil engineering, Morris brings more than six years of experience to his new role.
