Gulf Shores Haunted Hustle Tomorrow

The City of Gulf Shores will host its annual Haunted Hustle 5K, Fun Run and Witches on Wheels ride tomorrow at the Bodenhamer Recreation Center and Gulf Place Town Green, Gulf Coast Media reported. The bicycle ride will begin at the recreation center at 6 p.m., kicking off the event as participants ride approximately 2 mi. while throwing beads and candy to bystanders. The participation fee is now $30 and $35 tomorrow. The walk will begin at 6:30 p.m., when participants will walk a 1-mi. route beginning at the green. The participation fee is also currently $30 and $35 tomorrow. The race will begin at 7:10 p.m., also beginning and ending in front of the green. Its fee is currently $35 and $40 on race day. Registered participants for all events will receive a goodie bag, water bottle, towel and event shirt. Locals and visitors are invited to wear their best Halloween costumes and participate. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Dolphin Foundation for Education and Arts, which will be selling beer, wine and refreshments.
