He completed his residency and internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he served as chief resident during 2017-2018. Cox joins Infirmary Health following the completion of endovascular surgical neuroradiology and neurocritical care fellowships at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has served as a clinical instructor in neurocritical care and neuro-intervention for the college’s Department of Neurology. He received multiple honors and awards for excellence in teaching in this capacity. Finally, Cox serves as a reviewer for the journal Frontiers in Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and American Medical Association.
