Small Joins Diagnostics & Medical Clinic

Optometrist Dr. Sarah Small has joined Diagnostic & Medical Clinic’s (DMC) comprehensive eye care and surgery team, which includes Dr. William Murrah, general ophthalmology; Dr. Paul Taupeka, ophthalmology and neuro-ophthalmology; and Dr. Alan Franklin, retina specialist. As an optometrist, Small will provide primary vision care. Her services will include diagnosing and treating eye diseases and vision problems, as well as performing comprehensive eye exams and prescriptions for contact lenses and eyeglasses. Small holds a BA from the University of South Alabama. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Small has been practicing as an optometrist in the Mobile area for more than 10 years. She will see patients at DMC’s location on Hillcrest Road in Mobile.
