Original Oyster House To Host Never Forget Lunch On September 11

In memory of 9/11, The Original Oyster House restaurants will honor Mobile and Baldwin County law enforcement, firefighters and paramedics by offering the 19th annual Never Forget Lunch at its Gulf Shores and Mobile Causeway locations on September 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The lunch is free for those with an ID or first responder’s uniform (dine-in only lunch). In memory of victims of 9/11, LifeSouth, a nonprofit community blood supplier, will be onsite at the Mobile Causeway location for a blood drive. This year’s goal is to collect at least 25 donations. A $20 gift and specially designed t-shirt supporting first responders will commend all donors. Other area businesses and organizations will also welcome and thank first responders with discounted tickets, swag and raffle prizes.
