P.S. Taco Co. Opens In Tillman’s Corner

TILLMAN’S CORNER, Ala. — P. S. Taco Company recently held a ribbon cutting for its new location in Tillman’s Corner. P.S. Taco was founded by Russell Perkins, Tiffany Perkins and Paul Smith, according to AL.com. The first location opened at the Tanger Outlets in 2019. The second location opened in Saraland in a Publix shopping center at the fast-developing intersection of I-65 and Highway 158 in summer 2020. A third store, run by a different franchisee, opened approximately seven months ago at the intersection of Cottage Hill and Schillinger roads in west Mobile. Tillman’s Corner is the fourth location, and the fifth, a franchise, will be in downtown Mobile as part of a collective eatery on Dauphin Street called The Insider. A March opening is expected. After this, the company expects to expand to Montgomery, Dothan and Auburn.
