Restaurant Incubator Breaks Ground In Mobile

Owners Napoleon Bracy, Eddie Baker and Artious Walker recently held a groundbreaking for the Box Owt Container Park, which is coming soon to Mobile at 267 Dauphin Street. As a restaurant incubator, the new business will be home to five completed food container kitchens that will allow local restaurants an opportunity to offer meals to the downtown market without the overhead associated with owning a brick-and-mortar business in the city’s entertainment district. A soft opening is expected in February 2022 during Mardi Gras, with a plan to open full-time by early May.
