Cunningham Bounds Opens Office In Atlanta

Cunningham Bounds of Mobile has joined with the Atlanta law firm of Moraitakis and Kushel, bringing together the two trial law firms to open a Cunningham Bounds office in Atlanta. Moraitakis and Kushel and Cunningham Bounds have shared a longstanding relationship, most recently working together on an aviation wrongful death case in Augusta, Georgia. Fueled by their shared commitment, the members of both firms have opted to join forces, unifying their expertise and resources. In 1993, Nick Moraitakis and his partner Glenn Kushel began a plaintiff’s practice dedicated to the representation of individuals injured or killed as a result of others’ wrongful conduct. Kushel will serve as managing attorney of the Atlanta office. Cunningham Bounds has more than 60 years of experience successfully representing clients injured by the wrongdoing of others and has won more than $26 billion in verdicts and settlements.
