McPhail Sanchez Leases New Space In Downtown Mobile

The law firm of McPhail Sanchez LLC has leased the entire fourth floor of the Waterman-Smith building at 61 St. Joseph St. in Downtown Mobile, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. McPhail Sanchez was represented by David Kahalley of Shamrock Properties. The firm will relocate from its office on Government Street next month. The Waterman-Smith building is a 70,000-ft2 office complex built in 1947 by and for the Waterman Steamship Corp.
