New Attorney At Hill Hill Carter

Hill Hill Carter Franco Cole & Black, P.C. recently announced the addition of Attorney Daniel T. Seawell to its Fairhope office. Seawell’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation, primarily in insurance, transportation and workers’ compensation defense. He has litigated automobile liability, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in both Alabama and Mississippi. Seawell received his JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2015 after receiving his BA from Auburn University in 2011. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Mobile County Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the Southern District of Alabama, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Mississippi, Southern District of Mississippi and Northern District of Mississippi.
