DAUPHIN ISLAND, Ala. — Registration is now open for the Public Relations Council of Alabama (PRCA) annual Toolkit event on October 14 at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. This year’s workshop and training event for public relations and marketing professionals is themed “Breaking the PR Code.” Topics and speakers include: Joel S. Hughes of Troy University presenting “Generational Differences and Building Harmony”; Susan Poole of Westervelt Co. presenting “Through Their Eyes: Capturing What Sets You Apart in the Eyes of Your Employees”; J.
